Governance

Effective Date

This policy governs the handling of hardware telemetry and neural network optimization logs processed by DevCert.

Transmission Integrity

Our commitment to neural network research privacy ensures that your specific model weights and proprietary architecture remains isolated from optimization datasets.

Key Constraint

Zero-Knowledge Baseline

Scope

Hardware Infrastructure Only

1.0 Data Collection Context

At DevCert Hardware Optimization, we collect information necessary to refine computing efficiency for neural network training. This data is categorized into two vectors: Administrative Information and Technical Telemetry.

Administrative Information: When you request a Cluster Thermal Audit or hire our engineering team, we collect your name, company email ([email protected]), and professional billing details. This information is used strictly for service delivery and partnership management.

2.0 Telemetry and Node Stability Logs

Optimization of high-performance hardware requires deep-level system metrics. During a Memory Bandwidth Tuning session or a DevCert Threshold stress test, we may process:

  • GPU/CPU clock speeds, voltage fluctuations, and thermal thresholds under varied neural loads.
  • Interconnect throughput data (NVLink/PCIe) to identify bandwidth bottlenecks during model training.
  • IPMI and cooling loop sensors to evaluate physical infrastructure health.

Note: We do not ingest the training data itself or the model weights. Our tools monitor the hardware's response to the load, not the intellectual property contained within the compute packets.

Data Retention

Optimization logs are retained for exactly 18 months to provide year-over-year performance benchmarking. After this window, technical logs are purged or fully anonymized.

01 / RETENTION

Third-Party Policy

DevCert does not sell or trade telemetry data to hardware vendors or research labs. Data sharing is limited to secure service providers required for billing or node monitoring.

02 / DISCLOSURE

Security Standards

All telemetry is encrypted via AES-256 during transit and rest. Bare-metal monitoring environments are isolated from public-facing internet gateways to prevent breach.

03 / HARDENING
Silicon optimization

Architektur ist Bestimmung

Hardware is the final frontier of neural network performance. We protect the data that powers your compute clusters with the same rigor we apply to thermal optimization.

Governance & Contact

01

Your Information Rights

Under Canadian privacy regulations and international best practices, you maintain the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of your personal and telemetry data. To exercise these rights during a cluster tuning cycle, please contact our physical office in Montreal.

02

Mandatory Disclosures

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or in the context of a significant hardware infrastructure audit where legal safety imperatives override standard telemetry isolation protocols.
