Defining the technical and legal boundaries of hardware optimization for high-density neural network training environments.
Acceptance of Risk
By accessing DevCert.click or utilizing our hardware optimization consulting, you acknowledge the physical risks inherent in stress-testing neural network architectures.
01. Consulting Boundaries
DevCert Hardware Optimization ("Company", "We", "Us") provides specialized consulting for high-performance computing (HPC). Our insights focus on interconnect efficiency, memory bandwidth utilization, and thermal stability for neural network training.
Non-Certification: We are an independent consultancy. Our reports, benchmarks, and tuning recommendations are based on proprietary stress-tests and empirical data. We do not provide official certifications for third-party hardware manufacturers.
Acceptable Use of Audit Reports
Hardware audit reports generated by DevCert are licensed exclusively for internal team use. Redistribution, public benchmarking claims, or comparative marketing based on our data requires written authorization.
02. Limitation of Liability
Optimization of hardware for Large Language Models (LLMs) involves operating silicon near thermal junction limits. You agree that DevCert is not liable for:
-
/
Component Degradation: Any reduction in component lifespan resulting from requested aggressive thermal tuning or stability testing.
-
/
Data Loss: Clients maintain 100% responsibility for redundant backups of datasets and model weights prior to hardware intervention.
-
/
Power Fluctuations: Damage caused by electrical infrastructure failing to meet the specified draw requirements of optimized cluster profiles.
Intellectual Property
All proprietary protocols, training-step duration analysis methodologies, and the "DevCert Threshold" stress-test protocols are the exclusive property of DevCert Hardware Optimization.
The content on this website—including technical diagrams, performance standards, and comparison logic—is protected under international copyright law. Unauthorized scraping or automated ingestion for AI training data is strictly prohibited.
Client Responsibilities
Optimizing multi-node clusters requires accurate physical environment data. Clients must provide truthful documentation regarding power capacity and cooling airflow to ensure safe performance baselining.
Governance Protocols
Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend consulting services immediately if hardware tampering or unauthorized modifications are detected during a live optimization window.
Billing and Retention
Payments for deep-dive hardware audits are non-refundable once the 48-hour baseline stress-test has commenced. Diagnostic data is retained for 90 days.
Dispute Resolution
Any technical or contractual disputes shall be governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, with mandatory arbitration in Montreal.
